We offer standard and express shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by location. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold.

Absolutely! Our 'Lucky Dip' and customization tools allow you to mix and match different colored lids, buttons, and bases to create a unique combination that suits your style.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or monogrammed products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 12-month manufacturing warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
